Northpine Foundation has invested in YWCA Canada to help refugees across the country access meaningful employment. The initiative will be delivered through seven local YWCA associations in communities across the country, including Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories.

Participants will receive individualized career planning, workplace language support, skills training, employer connections, and coaching after they begin work.

This investment also aims to test a national, coordinated model that combines local expertise with centralized accountability. The initiative will also track income, employment retention, and career progression to inform future initiatives.
