Northpine Foundation has invested in Success Skills Centre to help unemployed and underemployed newcomers secure work that reflects their education, experience, and earning potential. The program combines career assessment, business English, employment preparation, individualized coaching, and paid internships matched to participants’ skills and professional goals. Success Skills Centre will support both employers and job seekers throughout recruitment, onboarding, and workplace integration, then continue follow-up for a full year to strengthen retention and career progression.
