Supporting Winnipeg Students Through Graduation

can u canada

The program will support students from Grades 9–12 through graduation and their next steps, with weekly after-school programming on campus.

Northpine Foundation has invested in CanU Canada to help students from low-income households graduate high school and transition into post-secondary education or meaningful employment. Many are the first in their families to navigate these pathways and could be balancing caregiving responsibilities, work, and financial pressure.

The program will support students from Grades 9–12 through graduation and their next steps, with weekly after-school programming on campus. Participants will receive academic support, meals, leadership development, career exploration, scholarship guidance, and exposure to college and university life and employment preparation.

Northpine’s investment builds on CanU’s long-standing mentorship model and aims to create a stronger, sustained pathway from high school to post-secondary education and employment.
