Northpine Foundation has invested in Generation Chosen to help refugee youth in Jane and Finch and Weston area of Toronto move into stable, meaningful employment.

Northpine Foundation has invested in Generation Chosen to help refugee youth in Jane and Finch and Weston area of Toronto move into stable, meaningful employment.

The program combines workplace-readiness and social-emotional training with individualized coaching, practical supports, employer workshops, networking, and direct job matching. Participants will receive meals, transit support, interview clothing, and continued coaching after placement to help them build confidence, retain employment, and progress in their careers.

While support refugee youth into gainful employment, the investment will also help strengthen Generation Chosen’s employer partnerships across banking, technology, media, government, hospitality, and other sectors.
